Valid photo ID and a credit/debit card are required at the time of rental. Business customers may apply for a commercial account.
Rentals are charged per day, week, or month. Partial days may be charged as full days. Overtime fees may apply.
Equipment must be used in a safe, legal, and proper manner by qualified personnel. Transport and storage are the responsibility of the renter.
Equipment must be returned with the same fuel level as at checkout. Routine maintenance must be performed during extended rentals.
Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance policies. Proof of coverage may be required.
Renter is responsible for timely return. Delays may incur additional charges.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Heavy Duty Rental from any claims arising from use of the equipment.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Early return does not qualify for a refund unless agreed upon in writing.
